Hotel guidelines
Cots are free of charge. No charge for children under the age of 6 sleeping in provided beds. Extra beds on request and additional hotel confirmation – not available in all rooms.
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed.
No fees are charged for an annulation up to 5 days before a regluar reservation arrival. Should your annulation or alteration reach us at shorter notice, we will try and rent out the room. Should this be unsuccessful or only partially so, arisen costs are charged.
Possible charges for short notice annulation:
50 %: 2 to 5 days before arrival
100 %: 24 hrs or less before arrival
For special room rates and discounts e.g. group offers separate regulations and charges may arise.
Check-in: arrival between 3pm and 8pm. Please contact hotel in advance to arrange check-in after 8pm.
Check-out: departure until 11am. Late check-out possible on request.
Private hotel parking (at 100 m) CHF 10.– a day/car.
Public parking (at 350 m) CHF 10.– a day/car, CHF 25.– a week/car.
Our hotel also has three underground car parks (at 350 m) at a cost of CHF 15.– a day/car. These car parks can also be reserved.
